After a lot of back-and-forth (and some long conversations with ChatGPT), I finally sat down and made some hard decisions about the products I built in 2025 — and what I want to carry forward into 2026.

Honestly, this feels more like clearing mental clutter than planning. But it’s probably necessary.

#### **FilaHQ**

I’ve decided to give up the idea of building more FilamentPHP plugins. I still love Filament, but instead of plugins, I want to focus on integrating it with **NativePHP** — basically building an app (Statisfy) over Filament and bring native experiences on it. That direction feels more interesting (and more me) right now.

#### **RebuildHQ**

This started as a hobby project — my first “proper” AI product launch. I didn’t expect much from it, but turns out it has more potential than I originally thought. I’m still undecided, but I might put more thought and effort into it and see where it goes.

#### **InkSG & ClipSend**

These two will be my main focus going into 2026\. They’re clear, practical, and actually solve problems I care about. If I’m going to push for product revenue this year, these are the ones I’ll bet on.

#### **HookFeed & PaidVerified**

These are still very much “built because I need them” products. No big revenue expectations — just tools that make my own workflow easier. If others find them useful later, that’s a bonus.

#### **VisionGPT**

I built this because I was genuinely impressed by AI vision capabilities. The tech is cool, but so far it hasn’t really received much positive feedback. That’s a signal I can’t ignore, so for now, it’s on pause.

#### **RenderTogether**

Archived. Not much traction, not much potential. Time to let it go.

#### **EchoMood**

Also archived. This was built during my Bolt phase, and since I’m no longer subscribed, it doesn’t make sense to continue. Platform-based vibe coding feels a bit like no-code to me — exciting at first, but often hits a ceiling fast.

---

So yeah, I’m basically splitting everything into a few clear buckets:

**Products for profit**

- InkSG
- ClipSend
- Statisfy

**Products for self-use**

- HookFeed
- PaidVerified
- Statify

**Archived products**

- RenderTogether
- EchoMood

**Undecided (for now)**

- RebuildHQ
- VisionGPT

That’s the plan. No big promises, no hype — just trying to be more intentional with where I spend my time and energy.

Let’s hope 2026 turns out to be a different year. We’ll see how it goes.
