# Product Weekend June 2026 - Solo With Agents

During Product Weekend in June, I decided to build something different. Not another app, but a workflow to run my own AI-powered development team.

The project is called **Solo With Agents**. 🤖

Here's what I worked on over the weekend:

📋 **Trello Workflow** — Designed a board to manage the entire development process, from product ideas and planning to coding, review, and completion.

🧠 **AI Agent Roles** — Defined how Hermes acts as the planner, Trello keeps track of tasks, and Codex handles implementation.

🔄 **Reusable Process** — Structured a workflow where Hermes plans the tasks, passes them through Trello, and Codex picks them up for implementation.

The idea is to stop manually prompting different AI tools every time I want to build something.

Instead, I want a repeatable process where I can focus on product decisions, review the work, and ship.

**Fast forward to October.** 🚀

Solo With Agents has gone through quite a few iterations, and I now call it **Solo Workflow**. It's already version 5.

It's still not fully automated, and I'm constantly tweaking how everything works together.

But it's already helping me maintain and update some of my products in just **one hour a week**.

Not quite the autonomous AI team I originally imagined, but it's becoming a pretty useful workflow for a solo developer.

Still a work in progress, but definitely worth the experiment!
