MD2Page

MD2Page was my first AI product in 2026.

The idea was pretty simple. Markdown was becoming more popular because of AI, and I was thinking: what if there was an easy way to turn Markdown into a nicely styled page that actually looks good?

I liked the idea, built it, experimented with it… but it never really took off.

I even did a full rebuild around the middle of 2026. By then, building with AI had become much easier. I rebuilt the landing page—which I still like quite a lot—improved the API, and explored different ways to make MD2Page work better with AI tools.

In the end, though, I somehow came back to the same prompt-based approach I started with.

After spending more time on it and still not getting much traction, I think it’s time to put MD2Page down for now.

So yeah, MD2Page is getting a closing page and I’m moving on.

Not every product needs to work out. Sometimes building it, learning from it, and knowing when to stop is part of the journey too.
